I can't send from my iPhone

If you are receiving the following error when trying to send from your iPhone, iPad or iPod  -  "A copy has been placed in your Outbox. The sender address username@domainname.ext was rejected by the server." Follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.

  • Go to the Settings for the account that you are having problems with
  • Locate the Outgoing Mail Server settings:
Username and Password are noted as "Optional" for the Outgoing settings however they should be completed.

(Note: The username should be the user's complete email address (I.e. username@domainname.ext)

If you continue to experience issues with your account sending, delete the account and set it up again. We have seen in the past that this can sometimes correct the issue you are having.

Your Mail Server and Account Name for your iPhone will be provided at no charge. Simply Submit a Ticket and our Technician will send you your account information.

Still having problems just click on the Submit a Ticket icon and fill out the ticket. You will be assigned a ticket number and our Support team will contact you as quick as possible to help you find a solution.
