Outlook 2010 - Internet Header

In order for us to further troubleshoot your email issue, the Internet Header from the email message in question is required.

Email message header provides a list of technical details about the message, such as who sent it, the software used to compose it and the email servers that it passed through on it’s way to the recipient.

Please see below for information on how to retrieve internet headers from an email using Outlook 2010.
 
  1. Open the e-mail message in it's own window (double click on it)
     
  2. Next go to File
     
  3. Next click on Info
     
  4. Next click on Properties
     
  5. Locate the Internet Header in the properties dialog box
     
  6. Copy and then Paste the internet header into your support ticket or create a new support ticket and send to support.

1) Highlight the email message that you are experiencing problems with.

2) Next go to File


3) Next click on Info





4) Next click on Properties


 
   5) Locate the Internet Header in the properties dialog box
 
  6) Copy and then Paste the internet header into your support ticket or create a new support ticket and send to support.
