Logging into SmarterMail using Internet Explorer 8

If after logging into SmarterMail (web mail) using Internet Explorer 8 and the “Processing SmarterMail is loading” dialog box continues to display and the login process fails to successfully complete, add your SmarterMail (web mail) address to Internet Explorers Compatibility View Settings.




 
Click on Tools  







Next Select Compatibility View Settings


Add this website - type in your account information - http://mail.domainname.ext.
Do not include www. Note: This is the same information that you type into your browser when you are accessing your Smartermail (web mail)







Next click Add








Next click Close
