Tech Support Policies & Fees

Tech support is currently available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST (eastern standard time).

We will determine and inform you of your non-billable/billable tech support status prior to providing support for your issue.
Non-billable support
  • 60 days of free tech support is given to every new Web site project.
  • No charge for support when you have difficulties sending or receiving e-mail from your computer using Outlook, Outlook Express, or Thunderbird e-mail clients as well as the SmarterMail/Webmail system. Note: this does not include e-mail delivery issues inbound or outbound to specific addresses, i.e. I can't get mail to/from someone@somewhere.com. These instances generally involve issues on the other end, not our mail server.
  • Access to our knowledge base. The knowledge base offers clear instructions on how to solve the most common issues our clients experience.

Examples of billable support
  • Editing pages on your Web site
  • Adding new features to your Web site

  • Additional training
  • Setting up mobile devices
  • I can't get e-mails to/from someone@somewhere.com
Billable support fees are $120 an hour with the minimum fee of 1/4 hour / $30.00.
