Before creating a support ticket you must login to the system (link in the upper right corner). If you don't have a login, register
to create one. It’s simple, just click on “Register” in the upper right hand corner. Choose a Username and Password and complete the remainder of the information.
Once you've registered AND confirmed your e-mail address by replying to the registration e-mail you can create and respond to support tickets by simply e-mailing support.
